You can pick the substitute item yourself after reviewing fulfillment proof (usually photographs), so you’re always in charge!

When you sign up for the Shared Inventory Stock program as part of your plan, you submit the merchandise you sell in any volume you feel necessary to our warehouses. The destination of where to ship the merchandise is determined by our proprietary AI algorithms to guarantee the best coverage for you, and other customers of Texcels Xpedition who sell identical items.
