  • Your inventory is adjusted accordingly and the business that fulfilled the order with their product gets credit back to their inventory;
  • Only brand new, undamaged items are accepted for the Shared Inventory Stock program to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • You can pick the substitute item yourself after reviewing fulfillment proof (usually photographs), so you’re always in charge!

When you sign up for the Shared Inventory Stock program as part of your plan, you submit the merchandise you sell in any volume you feel necessary to our warehouses. The destination of where to ship the merchandise is determined by our proprietary AI algorithms to guarantee the best coverage for you, and other customers of Texcels Xpedition who sell identical items.

When you have an order for an item that’s participating in the Shared Inventory Stock program, you simply let us know and we fulfill the order from a warehouse closest to your customer. This helps cut both shipping costs and delivery time.

Texcels Xpedition boasts a huge network of distributed warehouses. It’s highly likely that we will have a warehouse in close proximity to your customers for the majority of your orders. We strictly maintain the quality control process on our Shared Inventory Stock program, so enrollment is limited and businesses will have to periodically qualify to keep participating in the program.
